Starting in December, holiday slowdown?

Starting BS Business Management in December with 12 courses left (completed a bulk on Sophia and Study). I’m in the Canadian military with about 3 weeks of leave then. Do holidays slow things down with mentors/evaluators, or can I still make good progress?
