Thomson 140Uk Streaming Stick - Pausing TV

I have the Tomson 140UK Streaming Stick - how do I pause whatever is playing with the remote that comes with it?

I've seen the manual here -> https://streamview.com/media/aa/33/8b/1715159367/Thomson_streaming_stick_140G_UM_EN_12042024.pdf but don't see any reference to pausing on the remote.
