feel tired after neti pot?

i boiled tap water and let it cool down then added it to my bottle with the salt in it, then after some troubleshooting i rinsed both sides of my nose. no pain, the water was warm, everything was good. but almost 5 minutes after i started feeling a little dizzy, and now im a little tired. is this normal? its my first time and i dont think im ever gonna do it again. just wanna know if i should go to a doctor or something lol
