How do you make your games look amazing?

Im seeing so many amazing looking games visually wise. I myself am a self taught programmer, but i have no skills in terms of visuals. I plan on releasing my 2d dark fantasy survivors like game somewhere next year but i know everything visually will be a very big challenge. So i have some questions regarding visuals as indie devs.

So how do you find artists? Through this subreddit?

What is the usual pricing on those?

And when i have the visuals how do i actually make the game look good? Are there any good tutorials?
