how common are permanent fluctuations of symptoms?
I am 7,5 months out and still hoping that somewhen things will start to get better. I have the achilles problems in feet and hands, a completely messed up gut, terrible anxiety and recurring days of exhaustion/tiredness plus some other issues. I am taking all the supplements, follwing a clean diet etcetc. I had hoped to be better by now but unfortunately that is not the case.
what I don't get is, my symptoms fluctuate a lot. right at the beginning after the first month I had an about 2 week long phase where things seemed to look up. then things got worse again. and so on. sometimes I have only a few better days before things turn back to getting really messed up or are getting even worse than they ever were before. right now I had a whole three weeks where I could walk more, almost five kilometers on a day, when I took it slow, and even without my afos only with compression braces. and now since some days it is getting much worse again, I am not able to walk more than 1.5 km, I am back in the afos and braces for hands and feet. what is this? am I doing something wrong? is this normal? when I am better I am not pushing myself. I do not drink or smoke or whatever. I fear I will never get better and I just do not know what to do. I tried the nicotine patches for about two months and will start with nmn and ldn in about a week. but I don't even understand if this is still acute phase or not or if this model just doesn't apply to me. do you all also have this kind of fluctuations?
