Friend in dire need of help

P.S my friend is okay with me making this kind of post about her

My friend is a 15 yr old female from Manila city, ( she's alright with the information dump. )

She's one of the most hard-working individuals I know despite being quite younger than me she's always been beyond her years and has suffered through some gruesome and harsh conditions, she almost never has time for anything this year because she's always so piled up with work.

Because of the laws in the country she's from, she can't exactly work till 18 and that causes quite a drop in possible income choices for her, she might as well be living on her own because her mother has late stage cancer and all her siblings are well after moved out, her father possibly going to jail or declaring bankruptcy due to excessive debt from medical expenses, loans, etc.

with all this being said, she's been destroyed as a person celebrating when she gets to eat, have clean water and live feasibly, and what I need is just any and all advice on how she can get by better.

Her family isn't the ones who need the money, it's her specifically as shes going to live elsewhere soon enough and although that's great that won't be for a while and she needs to eat to live.

What can I do? What can she do? any companies I can call, email or write to help her out? any charity works that specialize in this? what can she do as a 15 yr old Filipino? any social online jobs she can pursue that realistically will be enough? etc.

I'm not the smartest person ever, so honestly I just need solid advice and not to be treated like an overly worried idiot friend! so be supportive.
