Stuff getting deleated from my account, what should i do?

Hello , recentyl i started playing this game , i bought the killer "killdroid" but upon leaving than rejoining the game my killer and civilian wins are lower and killdroid is no longer in my possession. Did i do something wrong or do i have to report it somewhere?
