Problem after problem

Had my transmission, ECU and engine wire harness replaced at a Toyota dealership and I’m still getting check engine, awd and Trac off lights accompanied by rough shifting. The car has like 98k miles on it and I owe like 15k, I got it in like April with 75k miles. My warranty and insurance has helped me tremendously but I’m still just stuck with this car that’s had 3 major parts replaced and persists with the same problem. What do I do?
