Stop Pilots from Camping Spawn in Manhattan Bridge

The assault heli can literally do strafing runs and is effectively invincible on this map. It can regen its flares faster than two full squads of engineers can refill missiles, it can drop below the building height making it impossible to shoot at distance, and it can survive multiple missiles before being taken out. This map desperately needs an operation floor for helis above the building height, the fly zone needs to exclude their spawn, or it needs to be made damned near impossible even for the most skilled pilot in the game to fly quickly near ground level. If an entire team switches to engineers, it is still technically impossible to ever hit the pilot while they camp spawn and bob up and down for risk free kills.

Either remove the heli entirely or make it at least possible to shoot down at all times. They should not have a safe location on the map short of literally staying landed on the ground.
