Lost runepouch to Royal Titans

Title says it all, I died at the last tick as Eldric died. Go to loot my grave and no pouch. Checked with death's coffer and no runepouch there either. So...? Bug or am I missing something obvious, because that's not a simple replace even though I can replace it obviously.
