Video Playback 581.42

I have noticed any monitor with HDR on will not play video of any kind with HDR enabled since this update. Can we please fix this?

PS, my monitors are unusable without HDR (No idea WHAT the cat did when she jumped on the keyboard but it fogged all the monitors without HDR on!)
