Got 579 in AIATS-2

What I do :- Bio - read notes and ncert and Modules extra points ( lvl 1 only ) .. do questions Chem - revise notes , ncert reading , ncert questions , module questions ( sometimes I don't get time and skip them before tests) Phy - MR sir notes and questions , ncert reading and notes questions ... ( rarely get time to do module questions )

What I regret :- Not solving enough questions Panic in exam Brain not braining in exam Bad time management in exam Bad paper analysis after exam .. bcz I am unable to muster up the courage

What frustrates me :- I study but don't get marks .. this demotivates me a lot .. and ultimately I spend 2 days each after test and result in time-pass thinking my hardwork isn't paying off

***Someone , plz guide me and give some advice ... ***

( I have thought to skip my school and give that time to question practice . )
