Help with Moccasin

I had set up a mocca network and it worked perfectly. Somehow the one of the boxes unplugged and I plugged it in and it worked again as before but the program guide disappeared. Short of using the Verizon router which slowed my internet to a crawl, how do I get the program guide to download again ? Your help is appreciated.
