Camera help!

So I’ve recently really fallen in love with birds and have been wanting a camera for some time now. I just wanted to asked and see what people’s recommendations for a good body and lens? I’m thinking a zoom lens would be best for me and I’m hoping to be able to take some action shots of birds but that isn’t the only reason I’m getting this. For the current moment anyone who answers doesn’t need to keep price in mind but if they do that would be great! :) I really do greatly appreciate any help I receive!
