Atris and the Echani Handmaidens moving Holocrons from Dantooine to Telos?

Atris: "It was always intended for the Jedi to retreat to Telos should Dantooine be attacked - taking all their lore with them. We could not allow the tragedy at Ossus to happen again."

Given this cut dialogue between Atris and Kreia, were the Echani Handmaidens moving holocrons off world from Dantooine to Telos before the bombing of the Dantooine Jedi Enclave? Based on Kreia's dialogue, it almost sounds like the Handmaidens went to Dantooine after the Enclave was destroyed and recovered what they could before local looters got their hands on it. Or had Atris been quietly removing Jedi Artifacts from Dantooine as the Jedi Civil War dragged on and didn't go the Republic's way? >!​!<
