Cool venues for a vintage market in central welly

Hiya! I'm wanting to do a big vintage/designer garage sale and trying to source a cool, smaller venue in central welly, somewhere around Cuba Street would be amazing and I'm curious if any of y'all know of any spaces? I've reached out to Thistle Hall and Bedlam and Squalor already but would love to hear some recommendations!
