Looking for a place urgently

No picky about location, I only need about 1-2 rooms, willing to pay about 1500 max, I have two dogs, they are both super friendly, and quiet for their breed. Two Siberian huskies both less than 35lbs fully grown. I work as a dog groomer so they are always kept clean and often attend daycare. I have reliable income, so does my partner, our credit is not the best but they are currently being worked on. I really just need to secure a location to keep me and my family safe at this given time, I’m not sure what else to do. Please reach out if you know any private landlords or anyone willing to rent out a basement? Literally anything will help at this point.
