Chase Balances off due to duplicate transactions

My Chase accounts are off due to duplicate transactions getting downloaded. I can see these transactions because they don't have a download ID. When this happened before with Quicken, I manually removed them but it's time consuming and you always risk deleting a legitimate transaction. I have not seen any notes from Quicken acknowledging the problem. Is there a way to remove all of the duplicates in one step versus one by one?
