Building to 1000pts with Sunblood Prowlers

Hello Fellow Lizardmen,

I will be going back to AOS and started with 1st Ed and stopped at 2nd. This time I finally want to get into Seraphon and started with the Spearhead. I do not have enough to build for 2000 but I plan to start to 1000pts for now. I would like to ask, would getting a Skink Starseer because of the looks as well as Kroxigors. Looking at Caleb's channel on the new points, I think it will be enough to reach 1000pts. Would this work? I am also looking towards building something with the least amount of spending. Thank you.
