Is dolphin diving a thing again?

I played a few games today and I was killed several times by dudes dolphin diving a la BF3 before Dice nurfed/fixed it.

One dude even appeared to dolphin dive around a corner to kill me.

So, anyone else seen this or is it just me being terribad?
