Rat/Pest Extermination in Los Gatos

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a rat/pest extermination company? Preferably someone local to Los Gatos. An old home near us was taken down leading to a number of us in the neighborhood encountering challenges with rats.

Also, I’m hearing from multiple folks around Los Gatos (not just our neighborhood) of more challenges with rats both in the house and car engine bats. Any tips/recommendations for local services or DIY activities to help deal with them? Thanks!
