Career Shift to HR [N/A]

Hello! I’m currently thinking about making a career shift and keep mentally shifting back to HR.

A little about me: I’ve spent majority of my past 10 year career in people leadership roles in analytics, professional services, and customer success. I’ve had managed large scale organizational transformations (re-orgs, offshoring, role changes etc.).

What would you recommend for someone in my background looking to move to an HRBP or change management type role? Resources, roles would be easier to pivot to, ways to explore etc are appreciated!
