Tightness & Heaviness after TT

Hi, my mom 52 (F) had TT july this year, she had complaints of heaviness prior to the diagnosis after the TT & RAI and until now ( 3 monts post-op) she complaints that her neck still feels tight and heavy.

My question, when did your neck felt back to normal after TT & RAI? Thank you so much
