A rise in "suspicious activity"?

Preface: I have 13 email accounts, 6 social media accounts, and a whole host of other online logins. I think that's the norm for most people nowadays.

What I saw yesterday: IPs from china/russia/india/other places started logging into some of these accounts.

I didn't click on a phish email, far as I know.

There's also nothing common between all those accounts (they do NOT share username/password combinations).

The only attack surface that is common between them: my password manager (I use a major vendor)

I googled around and looked at things like "hacker news", and arstechnica. No big news about a password manager being hacked.

So...what could be going on here that I could be missing?
