Pregaming spot clean only dress

I thrifted a new with tags beaded dress that is spot clean only. I didn't realize until I got it home but probably would have bought it anyway. I don't need to clean it before I wear it but hope that I can keep it in my wardrobe after.

I sweat a lot, even with antiperspirant. I'm also in the throws of midlife hormonal transitions so I'm extra hot and sweaty and smelly. I won't be wearing the dress for more than a few hours but it will be an event that's stressful and I'll be coming from work so can't be freshly showered.

Any suggestions for how I can minimize stinkiness and how to clean the dress afterward to remove BO?

It's heavily beaded tulle over a polyester sheath. Luckily sleeveless but still good potential for me to sweat all over it.

(And armpit Botox is off the table 🤣)
