Upcoming Visit Help

Hello! My husband and I are traveling to Jacksonville the beginning of February for a concert at Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena. We trying to plan this trip so we don't need a car. Just a few Uber rides. We want to be close to restaurants, any sightseeing, that is walkable.

Where would be the best area to get a hotel? What areas are safe? Which areas should we stay clear of?
