Are people actually still v@ping?

Ever since the government tighten the rule I feel like its been lesser people who vapes??? Idk cause my school does random bag checks from time to time so maybe thats why there hasnt been anymore vaping or even kpod cases anymore

But to my surprise today i took the bus to go to school ( mind u , 730AM = PEAK HOURS = bus is FULL ) & the person beside me was either vaping or doing kpods ( suspecting kpods because she looked like shes high ) Pretty bold move btw to do it in a bus full of passengers at peak hours LOL . I didnt know what to do + i was late to school so i just told the bus driver ( took him awhile to understand what im saying because literally his 1. Probably chinese that dont understand english?? 2. He seemed super unbothered Lol 3. He seemed pretty annoyed while going to deal with it ) , i quickly left the bus as i have to switch to another different bus to get to school but literally less than 1 minute after i got on to the other bus , i realised he did ntg but to ran up , ran back down & drove the bus away .

I wasnt sure if the bus driver thinks i was playing around or the girl managed to hide it away from him But just to let u guys know i could tell she was vaping/kpod wtv because when i woke up from my nap in the bus i could see smoke coming out her nose + she seemed very disoriented. Pretty sure the other passengers saw it too they just cant be bother to really tell her to stop or wtv

So are there actually ppl who vapes Because rlly do think that its happening abit less than usual But idk Lol wtv #healthylifestyle
