Insurance agent won't schedule my title meeting and it's been a week

Long story short I got into an accident and my car was totaled. Im still in school and working and the first meeting she scheduled me was right when I had class and I couldn't go. I was calling her all day to try and reschedule only for her to respond after her hours saying there's an opening on Monday (over text). I immediately reply saying yes I'll take it. Friday comes and she responds saying it was already booked does Wednesday work. I again responded right away saying yes! I'll take it. she responded hours later saying that one got taken too and there's openings on Friday. That makes it a week before I can get my check, even longer to go buy a car and I don't even have the rental anymore. I've had to call off work several times now because of her changing the times she said she will schedule them.

Is there a way I can schedule the meeting myself? I'm actually losing my mind because she won't respond over the phone and doesn't text back on time!
