Large bridal party logistics

Hey everyone, My ceremony is at 3:30pm and I was hoping that would mean I could sleep in and start getting ready around 11 or 12. However, I have a large bridal party, which makes that tricky.

I’m covering hair for myself and 8 others, and I’m being told we’d need to start at 9am to have everyone ready by 2:30pm. That feels too early for everyone and would mean a lot of waiting around.

Has anyone managed to coordinate a later start time? For example, could I suggest people get their hair done at a nearby salon before meeting at my house for food, drinks, and photos?
