Need help on deciding the correct tattoo shop.

I'm wanting to get a sleeve, and for the entire thing to be supernatural related. A mixture of the main points in the show without it looking like a bunch of stuff clumped together. I want each tattoo to lead into the next tattoo smoothly like a transition. Any of you know a artist that's highly experienced in the field? I don't care for cost as long as I'm getting what I'm paying for.
