Power/finesse moves no longer working when user controlling the edge?

Anyone else experiencing this? Since the last patch, I am unable to make any successful power or finesse moves with the edge rushers. Playing the same game over and over as a test to dial in sliders and they arent working on any slider setting. Multiple high end guys coming off the edge going against O linemen with a significantly lower skill level and they are just locked into a blocking animation and nothing you try breaks them free.
