Can Red Fox Steak Great Pumkin?

This might be a stupid question, but can it? So here’s the idea: Have one friend buy the great pumpkin since it’ll never see the light of day naturally, make sure the great pumpkin is the ONLY plant in their garden and no other players on the server,so that’s the red foxes only option. Get a team of 8, and AFK over night for a week or something, and then you’ll have 1 or 2 great pumpkins assuming the foxes don’t fail every single time. Because technically the great pumpkin IS a seed shop plant, so why wouldn’t this work?
