Add license restrictions for a sedan

Hey beautiful folks of r/phcars.
Not sure if pwede dito but I'll ask anyways 😅

Question po about adding license restrictions, specifically about the test na need gawin sa LTO.
I already have a restrictions for motorcycle, for folks na nag similar process did you take both written and practical exams po ba?
Sabi kasi sa Driving school, practical lang and mejo hindi clear yung mga nakita kong info sa internet, and I was hoping the good people of this sub have undergone similar process recently.
