Returning player - so much has changed

I haven't played since Season of the Wish but I logged in yesterday to revisit D2 and was surprised by how different everything was. My power level and all my gear is now 10, the interface has completely changed, and apparently armor has been overhauled again. Can anyone help me catch up and recommend any reading/viewing material to assist?
