I just installed the game on my new PC (5080 and 9800x3d) and im having this weird issue were the background of the maps, mainly the surrounding mountains sort of stutter when i move the camera-anyone know this or a fix?

basically when i move the camera the background mountains have this stuttering effect on them. its hurting my eyes. when i move the camera zoomed in in the park itself it doesnt happen, only on the background. does anyone know this?
