hourly worked submition error

Is anyone struggling on how to correct the "anomalies" mistakes about the time spent submitted?

I have been struggling about this, because they don't actually clearify how exaclty we are supposed to correct these submition mistakes.

It's not crystal clear for me, if at the same time we are spending completing tasks, we are supposed to be logged in on fts time sheet. I don't know exaclty how time accuratly elapses throughout the whole process. Anyone facing the same problem?
