First tournament this week - would love some feedback for a 1k tau list

Hi folks, probably played about a dozen 40k games with friends, but still new to the scene, first tournament is this week. It's a casual-ish tournament, but I'd still like to do my best, and have been putting some thought into a list.

What I have to work with in total is: 1 breacher, 2 strike teams, 1 pathfinder team, 3 stealth teams, 1 kroot, 1 vespid team, 1 fireblade, 1 ethereal, 1 enforcer, 1 condstar, 3 crisis suit teams, 1 stormsurge, 1 ghostkeel, 1 riptide, and a devilfish

Here's what I'm thinking:

ghostkeel - 160 (fusion)

riptide - 190

breachers - 100

kroot - 65

stealth suits - 80

enforcer - 80

fireknives - 120 (missiles)

pathfinders - 90

starcythes - 110 (flamers)

My basic thinking is that this balances tankiness well with firepower. The riptide and ghostkeel can tank, the pathfinders and stealth suits can observe, while the breachers and crisis suits dish out the damage. A lot of the units here benefit from the +6 range from EPC (flamers, breachers, fusions).

Alternatively, I'm thinking of a similar montka list, adding in a devilfish, and dropping one of the crisis teams or the riptide.
