Matchmaking messed up

When I say matchmaking im not talking about me being matched up against someone stronger or weaker (joke: maybe I wish I stopped facing Vi/Warwick, as they counter Teemo). However I was able to play 6 games, then next game while mid match the game disconnected with both of us in lobby (which made me lose my winstreak), this problem kept happening even after I closed the game then it happened again and i wasnt able to move or que for next game.
