I want to upgrade to Windows 11, the Update pages show Version 23H2 will be installed, is that normal?

I thought by now it should be 24H2, or will I first have to go with 23H2 and then update again? I would like to avoid a new installation and go with the in-place update.

My SSD is one of those that had issues with 24H2 on release, but i installed the new firmeware to fix that.
