Anyone recent traveled from USA to Medina or Jeddah via Turkish airline?

Hello, I’m planning to travel to Medina in December from USA via Turkish airline. Just wanted to see if they check the vaccine records before giving the boarding passes? Also, any issues with entry into Saudi without mandatory vaccines? I’m debating whether to get the vaccine or not. Looking for some feedback.
