An Automatic "Train Signal" deployer at certain intervals (like every 32 blocks) ???

We have Automatic Train Track deploy trains even with automatic tunnel bore machines onto them as well. Now comes the next hassle to deploy train signals every 32 blocks or so. Is this or how is this doable??? Any help would greatly be apriciated!!!
