What’s the recommended size of AAC blocks for residential construction?

We're planning to use AAC blocks for 2 storey residential project and wanted to ask for advice regarding block size.

Will 4" AAC blocks be sufficient for both interior and exterior walls, or is it better to go with at least 5"?
