my mom owns my car and i need it back as soon as possible please help

Good morning. I need all the advice i can get. i am 20 F. I bought a car this year with money i got in a wreck with and my mom was the signer and i signed as the consigner to get lower rates. Well i have been kicked out and she’s holding the car until i can get it put in my name.

How long does this process take? I plan on calling the bank it’s financed with today and seeing what i can do but i need this done fast as possible. Can anyone give me advice? and how much do these things costs? thank you. Just for reference i pay for everything!
