DRAM led light on motherboard

Hello there

I am building a server pc (actually the first pc I am building, ever). I chose the Biostar B660 GTA since it had 8 SATA ports for my drives.

Once everything was assembled, I turned it on and a red led kept being lit up, specifically the DRAM led. After a good 10 seconds the PC then turns off and on again.

Some parts were bought from a friend, namely the CPU, RAM, SSD and HDDs, PSU. What I bought new was the motherboard and CPU cooler.

What I have tried already:

• Test a different PSU (new)
• Test different RAM, and test the RAM ina different PC.
• Test different RAM slots
• Only connect RAM and CPU

All these tests resulted in the exact same behavior.

Anyone know what else I could try?
