visa process stuck, fintiba and embassy not cooperating

Hey everyone,
I’m helping a friend who recently got accepted for a master’s program in Germany. They accidentally deposited about $800 less than required into their Fintiba blocked account.

Now Fintiba is saying they need a proof or confirmation from the embassy before allowing any additional funds to be added. The problem is, the embassy is refusing to provide any document or even an email explaining why we need to top up the account — and because of that, my friend’s visa application is stuck.

Has anyone here faced this before or knows who we could contact to fix this? Maybe someone from Fintiba or a student who went through the same thing? Any advice, resources or contacts are greatly appreciated.
