Weird Group Message Issue (iOS)

Hello, wondering if anyone can help solve this issue for me. My wife and I both moved our phones from Verizon last month. The move was simple, the savings are great, and I notice ALMOST no problems (except for maybe this one). A couple weeks ago my wife and I were added to a group chat with a mix of iOS and Android. I have an iPhone 13 Pro running 26.0.1 and my wife has an iPhone 15 Pro running 26.0.1 both on Visible+. She is not receiving any of the messages, and I am receiving them, but it seems to continuously make new groups for the chat with various different people in it when some people respond. Is there any way to fix this? I have tried checking the iMessage settings and making sure the send and receive are correct. I am just worried that if my wife is not receiving this group chat, maybe she is missing other ones as well.
