Bleeding during sex

During 🖖 time, I suddenly got this bright red blood everywhere. There was no pain, no STD, no dryness (had Lube) and I thought it was my period but I’m not due for another week. What could this be? I heard it can be a tear? The bleeding completely stopped after an hour 🤷‍♀️ What could this be?
