London Medical - Timing Question

Can someone clarify for me.. you don't have to have your medical EXACTLY 2 weeks prior to interview do you? I've seen this somewhere and its bothering me, we can't get to London the exact 2 weeks before, so we're looking at scheduling during the week before that.

The email from the medical provider stated 10 days prior, but didnt state 'exactly' or 'at least'. At least makes sense to me as surely they couldn't fit every person with an interview on a specifc day/bank holidays would cause chaos...

Can someone just quiet my panicking brain please 🤣
