Torque sensor not detecting movement pedals

Hi, all my bearings were completly shot from my Cowboy 3. Luckily I still had some spare parts laying around. But after replacing the motor cover, motor axle, torque sensor and reinstalling the wheel, the motor doesnt react to the pedals anymore. I have already done a torque sensor and motor calibration with the backoffice app, both passed succesfully. but this didnt solve my problem.
Does anyone know what might be the cause and how to fix it?
