Fellas, please help a brother out. I believe I've cause scarring in my scalp by doing microneedling too recklessly. Can I do something about it?

Question

I believe I've scarred my scalp from all the microneedling I used to do. Fellas, please help a brother out.

Okay so long story short, I (20M) have been diffuse thinning since 2023 and started treatment last year. It was the standard regimen of Topical Minoxidil 5% twice a day and 1mg Fin once a day, with dermastamping at 1.5mm once a week.

However, I was stupid enough to sometimes increase the depth to 1.6-1.75mm because I thought the needles weren't "penetrating enough".

Now my actions have come back to haunt me. I've lost a major chunk of hair density, but most importantly, whenever I touch my scalp or try to move it around I find it to be incredibly stiff and tight. The scalp above my neck (the donor area or whatever you call it) still feels soft and moveable whenever I massage it. It's also where I have the most hair so that can't be a coincidence. Is it possible that I may have caused scarring in the region where I dermastamped too hard or aggressively? Please help a brother out.
